Alonzo McAdoo

My name is Alonzo McAdoo, and I am a proud resident of Waco, Texas, where I was born and raised. I graduated from University High School in 2002 and decided to pursue my undergrad degree in General Studies with an inference on Education and History from Fort Hays State University. My educational path continued as I received my Masters’s degree in Educational Administration from Tarleton State University.

My passion for serving our youth has led me to my area of expertise, education. I have been a public educator for 15 years. I taught Social Studies and Coached for five years. Served as an Assistant Principal for Waco High for one year, the Principal of G.W. Carver Middle School for four years, and the Principal of Cesar Chavez for four years. Today, it is my great honor to serve University High School’s students as the Principal. As a graduate of University High School, I work daily with students with great potential to shape the world of tomorrow. “Once a Trojan, Always a Trojan”
