Ilda Sabido

Ilda Sabido, a native Wacoan, has worked in banking/lending for nearly a decade. Currently, she is the new Assistant Program Manager for the McLennan Community Investment Fund or McCIF. 

Ilda also serves on various community boards. She currently serves on the City of Waco’s Park and Recreation Board, the Hispanic Leaders’ Network Board and President of LAAM PTA Board. She also helps lead the Art Center of Waco’s Children’s Exhibits committee. 

In the Fall of 2020, Ilda completed the LeadershipPlenty Training Course, started by the Cooper Foundation. She loves her community and many times you will find her enjoying the local restaurant Waco scene, along with her husband, Hector. 

Ilda attended University High School and McLennan Community College. She and Hector have two children, Jeremiah and Mia.
